    I think ILikeChocolate has not fully formed their ideas and is bouncing it back off the community looks like a white paper not even printed

    Seem's like the paper is proposing either a second layer of credit based on wu's crunched or a replacement if Boinc coders were up for it also a flat credit scheme across all projects that want to be included and crunchers would be rewarded in Bitcoin in the hope to bring more people on to Boinc and they might reward medical projects with slightly better credit
