Still got issues with one of my machines, think I have broken the old ATI 5970 dual card

but my newer machine with the 7970 should hopefully manage some crunching. Nothing like my old output for now I am afraid but very little helps! :)

I am going to have to find a fix as it is happening way to often. Like you Gary I have had the odd one in the past but the last few days have been crazy. Anyone else having problems with infinitely running DistRTgen WU's? On ALL of my machines crunching DistRTgen I get a WU once or twice a DAY which just runs and runs. 100% usage for the duration and I have caught tasks running for over 8 hours (I should never sleep!). The credit still does seem exceptionally high.

I looked at the average results returned while running my setup 24 hrs a day and for a brief period the returned results averages seemed to drop but they are back up again.

Lets hope it lasts!

I think the credit has gone back to normal rates...........

Well Distrtgen is back on the go but for some reason the stats are not being reported by UBTSTATS as of this moment just now my dist figures are showing 43,050,219 on there but the project is reporting me at 44,379,879 as of 11:00 thats 1,329,660 out, is there a problem with it linking??? The GPU on the laptop is worse than I expected however on the plus side it does not seem to generate that much heat. As I needed the laptop anyway and did not buy it with the sole aim of crunching it is not really a major issue. Regarding not getting any work from Primegrid it did not give any messa...

It is not so quick that mate its about 1/3 to 1/2 as quick as my 8800gt so it will do seti (if you can get any gpu units that is) or prime grid, id go with prime grid and it will get you about 1 wu @ 90 minutes to 2 hours and there worth 4327 a unit so 12 a day at slowest will get you 54,924 credit...
