Core speed must be the same otherwise the fast cores will need to wait for the slower ones since the calculation is broken into pieces.

Anyone here with access to lots of cores with machines connected with infiniband so msieve MPI can be used for the post processing stage of NFS@Home? No boinc credit available, only your name written on the Cunningham tables.

Everybody works on the same range but different blocks. For the time being I would like people to try the client before making the project visible since clients are standalone, not internet connection needed, everytime a block is completed you must move the results files before starting a new block....

New gap10 is 50% faster than gap5 since it now uses avx and a new algorithm. Went from 22e9 n/s to 31e9 n/s. Available ranges are:
