Ready!
For maximum credit during the challenge, clear your cache before the start and don't download any new WU until after the start. It's only a 24 hour challenge so it will make a difference.

GFN-21 GFN-22 GFN-DYFL This is the app_config.xml I'm using to control the number of threads on both CPU and GPU WUs. I'm using 27 threads per CPU WU. Adjust your's accordingly.....

FWIW, I ran a couple GFN21 CPU WUs using 27 threads per WU and it took 17.5 hours per WU. This was on a dual CPU rig with 2x Xeon V4 Broadwells that turbos all cores at 3.0Ghz. A similar system that has 2.8Ghz CPUs took 18.5 hours using 27 threads. EDIT: It's a good way to wrack up some Genefer 21 W...

If cost and power consumption aren't an issue, I'd go with the 10980XE. It's supposed to turbo all cores at 3.8Ghz plus it has 4 memory channels. 3950x only has 2. Ever consider a water chiller?
