What are the recommended minimum system specifications? From WCG website

In order to participate in World Community Grid, you will need to have at least the following:

The ability to display graphics (if you wish to see the graphics)
An Internet connection

In addition, each research project has its own requirement for memory and disk space. These are as follows:

1. Version for x86 processors is available
2. Version for x86-64 processors is available
3. Version for ARM processors is available (Minimum requirement is Android version 4.1)
4. Version for GPU is available (Open CL 1.1) (Note: Currently no applications have GPU version available.)
5. Users who choose to run this project are encouraged to set the 'Leave applications in memory while suspended' option in their device profile

New project Microbiome Immunity Project added to table. Available for Windows 32 or 64 bit, Mac 64 bit and Linux 32 or 64 bit.
The best form of help from above is a sniper on the rooftop....

When last did WCG have work for GPU? I noted https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help ... rtName=GPU but no dates given.

I guess the real question is whether you envisage them having GPU work in the future and, if so, for which GPU?

Microbiome Immunity Project really sucks for credits. According to the Project Scientist the max you can simultaneously run efficiently is your (L3 cache/4M). If you run more than that the efficiency (and credits) goes in the toilet. That means limit it to 1 or 2 WU on most computers. You can fill the other threads with other sub project WU at the same time but limit the number of MIPs.
