Houston, I have a problem. I think I have confused all who I am. Not having any luck changing BoincStats to reflect McShane Since it is now over a week since I changed it, despite making sure that all projects have my new credentials and crunching all projects with all my machines for a week, nothing has changed. My Credentials in my BOINC Account is correct but when I ask to show detailed stats I get Cruncher Pete but with almost all projects disappearing or showing wrong details. I think I will start again and revert back to Cruncher Pete.

The question now is what do I do here? Can you reactivate my Details and delete McShane or do I have to Reregister?

I’ve not done the Admin thing for a while but there seems to be an active account under the name of Cruncher Pete. Try it and if it doesn’t work PM scole; he knows what he is doing.

As for Boincstats fragmenting your stats, I think what you’ve done should fix things eventually, maybe.

Your stats and what we record for stats has nothing to do with your TSBT Forum account. Your stats at the stats sites like Free-DC and BoincStats link accounts based on your CPID which should be the same for all projects if you used the same email address for all projects. Do any of your BOINC project accounts use different email addresses?

In the meantime, until you have all your projects worked out, let's not not change any of your TSBT forum info

@Scole. Note that I did say that I am having trouble with BoincStats and my BAM account. I realize that it has nothing to do with TSBT. I mentioned that because it will make a difference what username I should use.

Now, please tell me how do I recover my Cruncher Pete Account. I can not log into it and the Forgot password `option is not working for me. It might be that I have forgotten my credentials. I have tried email addresses petershane42 as well as the seeker1942@gmail.com. As a last resort, I am willing to delete both accounts and start over again as a new Cruncher Pete registrant. Those are the only email addresses I ever used as well as I remember. When I asked to renew my password, quite correctly it led me to McShane. When I try the seeker account it directs me to my old peter Shane account.

For information as far as the stats are concerned, I have once again changed back my username to Cruncher Pete in all Accounts including changes to my BOINC BAM Account details All my credentials are now identical and am in the process to crunch all projects with all my computers hoping that it will eventually synchronize.

Sorry to cause all this trouble.

I must be getting too old for this shit. I was unable to kog in and did not receive an email on forgotten password. I Changed Browser and now I am logged In.

I will have 10 computers on Einstein as soo as I set them up.
