#1 Project Down

Post by Megacruncher »

I've had no communication with GPUGrid for about 10 hrs and the website is down. :( I've got 10 results ready to go but in risk of missing their early return bonus. Given that's a bank holiday weekend I imagine that's it until Tuesday.

Ah well there's always Seti CUDA lets see what sort of credit they are offering these days.

Here is an email that the GPUGrid Admin sent to someone at Boinc Synergy, reproduced without any permission kind or otherwise!
Hi,
happy Easter. In perfect timing, it seems that we had a power cut and the server is down.
I am not sure if we can bring it up before Tuesday morning. We will be probably change the deadlines so people will be able to get credits.

Nice my 8 completed units have disappeared from my client yet it seems not to be able to communicate with the project.

Oh joy.

Back up, but possibly somewhat over-loaded. It will no doubt settle down as the day goes on.
