Feed back thread.
#1 Feed back thread.
Provided for you to provide some feedback please.
Work in progress. Not all projects are up yet, WCG etc.
No scoring is provided yet other than total crunched so far this year.
I'd envision a number of rankings, most crunched for team in total, most 1st places, most 2nd places .... most 10K's crunched, 50K's etc in a year.
Open to suggestions of what you guys would like.

who are all these nice people who are crunching for TSBT?
I think this is fool-proof but could you just try it for me please? • There are 10 types of people in the world; those who understand binary, and those who don’t

Even more crunching now.

Should be your last day to see where you end up and years end if the stats are still running.

Love this thread great way to keep an eye on what we are all up to, would anyone else be interested in getting some more of the new projects in the stats ?

Absolutely. The more stats the better and the more updates on standings even more so.SolidAir79 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 02, 2021 7:32 am Love this thread great way to keep an eye on what we are all up to, would anyone else be interested in getting some more of the new projects in the stats ?

I'm sure davidBAM will get to them as time permits. He's been very busy with work lately, for a while.
#12 Re: Feed back thread.
I'll probably update some of them today.

Cheers Alez that would be great

Feel free to point out the projects missing.

Think that's most of them up. The numbers should start coming through when the project data is scraped. You'll need DavidBAM to initiate that part. All the projects on FB use the FB Prj ID. The others are blank just now until I get a data stream ID to link them to.

Thank you Alez for the work done on the stats. I like to read them. I must be a numbers freak.Alez wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 3:43 pm Think that's most of them up. Thread isn't protected. It shows no information other than what can be seen openly on project stats or BAMstats, freeDC etc.scole of TSBT wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 2:15 am Stats are broken again.

Obviously however, should you guys not think this should be public, simply let me know and I'll make it team members only .

I think you are correct about being being ok to be public. leave as it.

@davidBAM can we start scraping the stats mentioned and I'll fill in the project numbers ?Alez wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 3:43 pm Think that's most of them up. Thank you for all the hard work.
#28 Re: Feed back thread.
Sneaky peek forum is still all messed up. I'm going to cull out the dead projects etc and just leave the live and new ones. @davidBAM , to get Team Stats up again, have you changed some of the team ID's ? If so, I'll edit sneaky peak to the new ones. If you get a chance can you look at scrapping the stats direct from the newer projects that are not part of FB yet and I'll update those as well ?davidBAM wrote: ↑Mon Aug 09, 2021 4:30 am I got Team Stats working again - just in time to see that P3D will roadkill us on ODLK1 in 4 days' time viewtopic.php?f=233&t=31906

I screwed up by deleting old user points data so the Sneaky peek forum will only show data from around the time of the (I think) Einstein sprint. Sorry but that won't sort itself until Jan 1st. The this year link in pink box is similarly afflicted as it uses same link No team IDs were harmed during the making of this movie.
There are 2 types of scrapers involved. Direct from project for our own stuff (so no WCG as I recall) and also from FB tables for team scores within FB itself (otherwise I just know I'd hit discrepancies). I've been loathe (still am) to expend any effort on the FB side as its very future has looked shaky for the past 2 seasons.
Will let you know on the new projects as I add them.

@davidBAM It is what it is. I agree with FB as I too think it is on it's way out. Also Willie who runs BamStats is not very well and that to could go. Think we should look to having our own stats available. Can discuss on the coders corner.

OK folks, MLC and PFGNS should be live tables now. More should follow as myself and David slowly work our way through the projects.

That's the SiDock table live. Will have a look at which project needs a table next.

The following projects have been added.
Thena
The Ramanujan Machine on BOINC
Minecraft
gaia@home
They will go live once we start scraping the data.
