CSG [wildlife] EXACT update

I'll be putting in an update to the EXACT application this weekend. Due to the fact that it requires new input files and is not compatible with the current version I'm going to release it as a new app, so I can keep the validator/assimilator running for the old version (that way you won't lose any credit or work from current workunits).



I'm going to stop generating workunits for the current EXACT app and should be releasing them out to test things tonight. I've done some pretty thorough testing on my end so hopefully the transition can happen without too many hiccups.
