I had at least two of these stuck WU, but there maybe more in the cache

I had at least two of these stuck WU, but there maybe more in the cache
At least they are easy to spot. An operational work unit will show progress afetr a minute - two at the most. These ones sit at 0.00% until they hit the five hour limit
