Is...[long roll on drums]..Ian Thomsen!

[loud cheering & whooping].
Well done! Who is next?
One Norse has only 29K to go but by my calculations #45 might be dougdoug from way back in the pack who is chugging out 10K+ most days.
Pinkpenguin is also a contender being closer than dougdoug and with only a slightly less impressive daily output.

It's been a "FREAKY FRIDAY" Wednesday. I must have changed places with some-one like Merlyn to get this much credit in one day. But Aqua w/u's take me around 11hrs 30mins. which gives me two a day ,each around 6,300 credits.Eagle-eyes may realise that means one day in every twenty-four giving me three. Midnight,11.00am,11.00pm.
Plus, plus, plus, Seti cuda came back on-stream,after being down for about a week, adding several hundred credits.
I hope to avoid "the commentater's curse", so I won't mention #45 but a man can hope.

We have another Millionaire in our ranks.
Kenn Hutchins swells the ranks of the TSBT 7 digit squad by recruitment rather than promotion having come to us with nearly 2 million under his belt, all of for Seti.
So that's 45. Who is for #46?

Thanx for the good wishes, pink penguin but checking my wing mirrors, I notice that JohnN is churning out about 60,000 credits a day on collatz.
Although still 200,000 behind it won't take long to catch me.
On the plus side that will mean another two millionaires in the next few weeks.
I'm running Collatz on cuda, but the cpu units seem to take too long,so I'll keep that for Aqua.

Or you could try WCG for the duration of the challenge.

Sorry, Mega. Not ignoring you.
I was in London for a wedding and just got back.
Trying to become a millionaire had me focused on Aqua, giving me about 15,000 credits daily.
I had a look at WCG but don't really fancy it.

Well done airculpret07 . You came fast and left me behind at the post.
But I have just now also joined the club.
Two of us in three days.
That must merit two lines of wavy men.
I remember when Megacruncher gave kudos every 10,000 and my rac was a massive 500. [I also remember black and white t.v. but that's not for this thread.]

Nothing wrong with remembering black & white TV. As a wean I remember the excitement of hearing that colour TV was coming to Aberdeen at last (this would have been about 1989

) & the disappointment of watching Grampian TV's first colour broadcast only to realise that on our telly it was still black & white.
Anyhoo, I digress, albeit under massive provocation:-
Well done dougdoug here're more wavy men than you can shake a triumphant stick at :wav: :wav: :wav: :wav: :wav: :wav:

Nice to know that technical assistance methods haven't changed over the years... one can always rely on some things...
