Personally, I'll be giving this one a miss unless it is a GPU project. My CPUs will be busy on the WCG Birthday challenge

I think the only GPU project left is collatz. This would be nice. Whatever the project is it’ll be worth a little bit of effort. We don’t actually need any more points, far less a win, but it would be rude to just not turn up. As for myself I’m busy using my newly acquired multi instance skills to amass a decent WCG bunker so come the sprint I should be able to spare a few cycles.

Yeah - multi-instance is a game-changer. @Bryan and @scole of TSBT both worked hard to get me started on it (thanks guys) but they didn't tell me that boinctasks / boincmgr weren't really up to the job of managing multi-instances properly

If it's a GPU project, I'm in. Otherwise I'm stuck working on a full cache of WCG.

It is asteroids so I have a little on my raspberry pi machines but all else is on wcg

I've put my GPUs on it. Anyone recall how long GPU WUs ran? And I've allocated a full core to each GPU WU and it seems to be using all of it, on linux not win. Did they update the app? BTW, doesn't appear there is support for Turning GPUs or AMD GPUs yet.

Good man, good idea - all my GPU are Turing though.
I put 32 threads on Asteroids where I had run out of WCG work (Windows machine, single instance). That should give me at least 1000 WU to contribute so maybe we'll get a few points off it after all.

Having said which, we are currently in 9th place which will net us a paltry 2 points. C'mon chaps. All GPUs on it. It won't hurt our WCG efforts!
