The Scottish Boinc Team

Has anyone else noticed a change in this, mine has gone to version 3.44.

Its slowed down quite a bit too and has gone from 0.00 cpu to 0.84 cpu and is taking 5m 23 to 5m 41 up from 3m 29 to 3m 40.

But its now giving 3000 per unit from 2000 so im only down 2000 an hour, but its god awfull at giving the credits out.

Im sat on 98 waiting to be confirmed at this moment thats 294,000 credit

I have started to split my time between PG and this now as at leaste pg gives you your credit sharpish.

Yeah. Their Vilidator is having kittens right now. I've only had 7 validate in the last 24 hr

Work generation has been stopped
We have temporarily disabled work generation due to our server being overloaded, but there is still around 5000 WU's left.
As soon as we are able to keep up with the work received, we will enable the work generator again.
We had to take this measure to make our server responsive again.

Yeah thats done the trick.

Yep things seem to be zinging along nicely now. Over 2.8 million credits for this project so far today. I don't know if this is all backlog being validated or if there is some other change increasing our output.

I will be out of these at about 1200 today, wonder how long before their chucking them out again.

Im out of them back to prime grid untill wu reallocation is resumed.

You'll be lucky. No Primgrid credits for the last 4 hours & some trouble getting work units before that. The situation is so bad that my GTX590 has been set to work on GPUgrid.

Cripes i have 114 waiting to be validated 399,000 credit ish, still have 149 left @ 6 and a bit an hour, will have go on something else with rubbish credits when they have gone unless PG or Distrrtgen come back on line, Pg are still dishing them out though but not validating them.

As you say at least PG is issuing work again. No doubt it will be validated in due course. A nice bonus to look forward to. Hopefully it'll make up for todays dismal credit. I'll be lucky if I manage more than 1,000,000 today.

Probably none for a while "We expect to have hybrid generation ready for GPU's within this month, so we don't want to spend time seperating it out right now" (sic) .

Oh well back onto Prime Grid!!!
