Newbie here. Is there a list of projects that award badges. The badges are new to this old-timer but it looks like fun. TIA
Sorry if this has been discussed before..

Try this for list of projects: http://signature.statseb.fr
You can also create your signature with your badges at this site... which I notice that you already have done.

That's a real picture of Buster, an Alaskan Malamute. When he passed away a few years ago he weighed 135 lbs and didn't have any fat on his body.

We used to breed malamutes. Some of the best dogs I ever had. One of them, Blaze, was a champion over and over again until lyme disease got him. We had a room full of ribbons and awards just from his shenanigans.
He's been gone now 20 years but what a dog he was.

Lymes disease took Buster also. Less than 2 weeks he went from healthy to immobile. Lost him 3 years ago. He had an allergy for anything with beef in it his entire life. Cost me a fortune to feed him.

Almost exactly how Blaze went. Went from 1st place showings to about a month later just curling up under a bush to die. He was the first malamute we had, sired a slew of offspring in his prime. They may be related.
Lyme Disease was brand new back then and treatment was usually too late if any.

For all you badgers out there. There will be a new cancer project in
WCG starting this fall. Got that from an admin for WCG.

Me... but I'm a Penguin!... ...any chance you could ask them to start a couple of projects. I've already got 3 holes in my nice neat string of badges...Buster Gunn wrote:For all you badgers out there. There will be a new cancer project in

On the same subject I should note that YoYo@Home has a new project and badge with the endearing title of "Odd Weird Search"... This should, at least fill one of the gaps. [edit]I should note that the app is Linux only[/edit]

What would possess them to release a new project as Linux only.
That will get them about 5% of the population. Hopefully it's also
Windows before long. LOL

Anyone know why my Goofyxgrid badges are not showing up? My CPID is correct.
Thoughts?

Probably for the same reason mine aren't. I don't know what that reason is, but it is probably the same thingSkywalker TSBT wrote:Anyone know why my Goofyxgrid badges are not showing up? My CPID is correct.

Did you go to the http://signature.statseb.fr/ site and verify they were selected?
BTW...mine are not the http://signature.statseb.fr/ badges. I downloaded the badge images from goofy project and uploaded them to http://signature.statseb.fr/ myself.

Hot dog, I've got monkeys. I had to upload them ... thanks for the tip Steve!
#19 Re: Badges
My ones took quite a while to turn up after scole 's badges and they still don't show on my free-dc page. My first thought would be to check on the sig page statseb page whether they are there or not. Maybe you need to increase the size of your sig in the preferences to show it as your sig does look quite full.
Mine are not uploaded but straight from statseb, guess I must be special

It gets time to display your individual NFS badges now, so we can see what you've done...

14e is not painful for hours but it is excruciating for credits! I hit 1M and I will never run it again for any reason.scole250 wrote:I need to hit the 14e and 15e apps for WUProp hours though.

The http://signature.statseb.fr/ badges were there. They weren't the updated ones though so I disabled those and uploaded my own.
