This never made the top 40 in 1962 but if you like surf guitar there's nothing better than Watusi Zombie by Jan Davis. And Betty Page, she was a real woman...

And let's just follow through with a Alice Cooper double play. Not a video really, but a good version of the song...
What the heck. Let's make it a triple play...

It's been a long hot summer. Sad to see it go but I'm ready for some fall weather. One last summer song. One of my favorite surf tunes. Title song from the 1964 movie of the same name, "Ride the Wild Surf" by Jan and Dean...

Farewell Leonard Cohen and Leon Russell :salute:
I think Leonard would approve of Rufus Wainwright's performance of Hallelujah...
This song reminds me of when I was in my late teens starting my first year of college at the University of Cincinnati. I was hick kid from the country trying to fit in.
Stranger In A Strange Land by Leon Russell...
I guess I'm still a hick. I just bother trying to fit in anymore

Even here in poe dunk eastern NC we have a horrible problem with meth and heroin. We've had a couple incidences over the past year where adults have OD'ed on heroin sitting in car, found near death with a needle in their arm while their children are in the back seat. This one's for you Afghanistan and Mexico!

I realize there's a demand here also. people are gonna use. I would rather they just legalize marijuana, make the money here locally, collect tax revenue, no needles left in parks, ....

Pretty straightforward bbcode, using youtube between the brackets:

#78 Re: Musical selection of the day...
I will look are re-enabling it on the post bar provided I can turn off the autoplay as having 8 - 10 youtube videos all trying to load up at the same time is annoying to say the least and impossible on a slow / mobile connection. Also has implications for people that are not on unlimited data packages.

They remain quite over here, have to start them manually.
I might have disabled auto play in my browser though, as precaution.
