#1 Who should Scots support in the World Cup?

Just in case you missed it Scotland didn't quite make it to the World Cup finals (although we did bag the Kirin Cup). So we have a dilemma: Do we follow the First Minister, by supporting anyone other than England, and publically risk looking rather mean-spirited and small minded? [Our national ambition should probably extend to something more elevated than always hoping that England fall's flat on its face.]
The decent adult thing is obviously to root for the Auld Enemy, regardless of the fact that their victory would mean another 40 years of continuous replays of whoever is the new Geoff Hurst - "They think it's all over! " Hardly
Plus you just know that regardless of how generously we offer our support a sizeable percent of the Ennggeerr-lluunndd!! contingent will receive it less than graciously.
So whats it to be?
