Right folks wish me luck away to put on my Gi (karate suit) and go sit my grading for 3rd Dan in Goju Ryu

She and ' John ' did once try to teach me ' wax on, wax off ... ' but since my training was more Krav Maga, I always struggled with the concept of rules

I know them Both Ichi and Ni, Chinen Sensei taught my Sensei in the early 80s !
