A very merry Christmas to all on the team, your families and loved ones.
Currently peeling brussel sprouts for tomorrows family dinner that I will be sleeping through due to being on nightshift, but it's the thought that counts
Hope you all have a good one.

Merry Christmas all. We're having a late supper of prime rib, baked potato casserole, green beans and Yorkshire pudding. Should be ready soon.

Late Merry Christmas!
Dinner was traditional salted cod fish with boiled patotoes and some Portuguese wine bought on Lidl. Before Christmas we visited Bath city, UK. One of the meals there was in a Greek restaurant.

I did a 3.5kg roast capon with my own oatmeal stuffing and real gravy + a boiled/roasted bone-in ham with mustard/honey glaze - that started out at 7.5kg
My nephew contributed slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary / balsamic vinegar
With scotch broth to start, numerous veg dishes and a plethora of desserts, it was safe to say that we had rather a lot of food for the 8 of us
