Way to go team! :wav: Nine digits here we come!
Of course that's by BoincStats (my preferred combined stats site)
Currently Boinc Synergy have us "just" at 74,979,574.

This is better than allprojectsstats' 74,721,474

But the UBT site that Temujin made for us says 81,201,154
That's a 6.5 million spread which is worrying: Unless we just stick to Boincstats.

This intrigued me enough to spend five minutes looking into it...
The largest part of the discrepancy is SETI@home and Rosetta. UBT show us as having 2.75million and 2million (respectively) more credits
than the projects themselves do!! A bit more probing shows QMC with the same problem to the tune of 1/2 million and Einstein with 300 thousand extra.
Does UBT incorporate some form of Future Prediction Algorithm?!?

UBT = UK Boinc Team
Temujin of this team kindly put together a
stats site for us, but, as recently discovered, it seems to be a trifle ...optimistic?

If my memory serves me right, the UBT site shows the accumulated credit of all the team members, whether they were crunching for us at the time or not.
Which would explain the larger number

That certainly makes more sense than them predicting futture numbers. :)

As acknowledged on Tuesday in
this thread. Long day was it yesterday? :)

Sheesh!
So now I've to search the entire forum before I post anything just in case the same info gets posted twice. Anyway, what's wrong with a bit of needless repetition?

I'm shocked!
You mean to say that you don't religiously read every word that is posted here?
