I got an A in FORTRAN, A in COBOL, A in AOS/VS Assembly Language but a C in English.
And I give an A to Mr Putin for his performance. You'd never see an uptight American President willing to do that.

I have aviation books in a lot of languages, but the hardest to read ones -for me- are the Finnish, the Russian and the Japanese ones.
As to singing presidents: I've seen Obama sing, better than Trump ever will.

As regards UK leaders you probably need to go back to Ted Heath who during & after his undistinguished spell as PM continued his distinguished career as a classical pianist, organist & conductor. I can't find anything on YouTube but you can find his stuff on amazon, eg
