#1 CSG [wildilfe] status update

Just another status update -- I've been in DC at the NSF the last few days but am flying home tonight. I have a new version of the application to release which I'm hoping will alleviate some of the issues with the "monster" workunits. I've also updated the credit scheme so this should also help both the deadline calculation and longer workunits receiving less and less credit.
