Had a very long and informative chat with Jost Capito the boss of TeamRS.
Think this car re-writes the rules.
Jost - "We were on the handling circuit and the Evo X just couldn't shake us off no matter how hard he tried"
Jost - " Don't ask why this car isn't 4wd but ask why the others can't make a fwd chassis that outperforms their 4wd ones."
The guy is a star, a genuine petrolhead, we hoped we might get a quick 5 minute chat with him. We actually held up the unveiling cause he chatted to our group for over an hour.

He was even prepared to fob off the PR girl trying to arrange the evening press event to come and get his photo taken with us.
One of the chief engineers also talked at length explaining the "revoknuckle" system and other technical details on the car.
The biggest thing that came across was that for Jost and his team this wasn't just some car they had to build as part of their job it was a passion for them.
I was like a kid in a sweetie shop, they had emptied the heritage centre so they could use it for this unveiling, so we parked in a car park next to things like Kankunen's WRC Escort, H1FEV which is a 1993 Mk1 Esccort rally car that Ford built especially as a tribute to FEV1H which was one of the classic Mk1 Rally cars, there was the Capri 4x4 prototype, A RS200 prototype, Cortinas, Transits, Zephyrs, Zodiacs, Anglias, Lotus Cortinas etc etc Didn't know what to drool over first.
