Anyway as I learn to cope with yet another demotion - long term first to erstwhile 4th in less than two months I take consolation from the fact that top 1% in TSBT equates to top 0.02% amoung total Boinc users. Soon 4 of us will be top 300. That I can struggle to hold position in TSBT yet be steadily headed upwards in the world rankings is a truly great thing!

We've been swapping places for a couple of days now: every few hours, depending on updates on GPU power; but for now I think the gap is large enough to finally claim 3rd spot!

I wouldn't get too down though, next week GPUgrid expects new apps to reduce the crunch time by 30% on GTX cards. I think you have two compared to my one? So perhaps I'll have to be looking over my shoulder rather earlier than expected.

That's what I like, a nice and friendly relationship. Congrats to the victor (temporary as it may be). Unless one of you risks life and limb from your spouses, and things stay the same croft wise, I see this relationship going on forever. I, on the other hand, will be slowly pulling away from the fracas so that being a target is not in the picture.
