I normally average approximately 300 credits per day, not a great deal when you look at the top of the crunchers ( I do my best ) but I managed over 49,000 yesterday :) that's nearly 1 years credit in one go for me, I now have the credit crunching bug, as soon as I get paid it's a new video card for me, and If I can afford a new MOBO the spare PC is getting set up.

Congratulations and oh dear :)

I hope your bug is a 24 hour one and not a longer one :)

Don't put him off! We need as many totally-addicted-and-lost-all-sense-of perspective Boinc maniacs as we can find!

So what was the cause of this big increase Mark ? a new machine, or was it just "the bug" ( I hope it's not swine flu related). I too thought I might be able to get "just a wee bit more" out of my system so have ordered a water block for my 9800 GX2. I wonder if I could apply for carbon credits (but only if the hydro accepts them) if I used the rainwater from the gutter to cool my machine Image

Funny my wife was mentioning something along the lines of
totally-addicted-and-lost-all-sense-of perspective
now she has to run and top the electric key up every 2 days as she is maxing it out and were burning it (literally) in 48 hours.

I didn't say that out loud though. Did I?

180 hours of AQUA was the reason for the huge Increase in credits.
