Some stuff I've noticed.

All of Us ............... 3,600,000,000 and still clinging onto 23rd! 8) :wav:

New Decameggers. (10,000,000)
Robert MacLennan . A man headed for the top quickly! :D
Spacehopper . A silent stalwart!

Fresh Millionaires
Storme ... Way to go dude!

Hemi-Millionaires
darkmast2 ... Another lost sheep returning to the flock clutching a top end graphics card!
Nessus ... Thanks & say hello!

Apologies to all of those milestones I didn't notice. I did consider looking as low as 100K for kudos - tough I know as it might mean a year or so on an Atom netbook or 4 hours on a GTX 590 but I seriously can't keep track. The only solution is for any member with someting to boast about to just do it! Go on boast about whatever you or another member have done or tried!

Thanks - I finally got there! I'm torn between "woah, look at it go" and "a day of the new pc = a month of the old one, why did I even bother"

The real kudos here go to Louis of PC Repair Man in Leith Walk.

It certainly is weird to see how much crunching I can get through with my system I have now compared to what I used to get through with 3 systems combined.

Enjoy it while it lasts. In a year or two the GPU you have just purchased will have been superseded by more powerful and cheaper alternatives. Someone new will come along and quickly move up the ranks and it will be harder to even stand still let alone progress without multiple systems running.

It happens to us all and is I guess is the reason why people who care about their positions in Bionic stats etc end up running multiple systems. Personally I want to get into the top 1000 in the world, something which is looking increasing unlikely without DNETC coming back online (great points) or a GPU upgrade.

I do have my gaming laptop I could bring online that's pretty much almost as good as my new desktop but I'm a bit wary of leaving that on all day, even on the cooling stand, as it does pump out quite a bit of heat and the electricity bill will already be a little higher than usual :)

Way too pessimistic Gary. You have been hit by DNETC stalling, but so too have all other ATI crunchers. You are already within hailing distance of the top K at 1271st; Your RAC puts you 723rd and ranked by last week's output [ie no DNETC] you are 822nd. [all positions courtesy of BoincStats]

Trust me. Keep doing what you are doing and you'll be top 1000 before 2011 is over.

As for DNETC, last time they went down I assumed that was them gone for ever and destroyed several million credits worth of units. I'll not do that again.
