CSG [wildlife] EXACT app credit update

I noticed an issue in how we're calculating credit which isn't keeping up with the larger and larger workunits that we're sending out. I've updated the credit calculation to address this (and have a feeling it might be a bit too high). Workunits already generated will still have old credit, but newly generated workunits will use the new credit strategy. If you could give me some feedback about how it is I'd appreciate it!
